ETPCA is an East Texas law enforcement administrator’s organization concerned with issues involving the criminal justice system, the social welfare of our communities and the performance of law enforcement organizations.

ETPCA actively seeks to promote the professional practice of law enforcement administration, to represent the membership and the profession on issues of concern, and to encourage high ethical standards of conduct among law enforcement administrators and our officers.
Our membership continuously strives to improve law enforcement services both in our region and in Texas.
